The tension between Tony and Ziva has been undeniable since Season 3 - we are odd, but not blind, stupid, or delusional. Personally, I believe they should have just had them sleep together then and have it done with. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We are now in Season 7, having endured a season of almost unbearable Tiva, in the form of what has been described to me as 'weird angst and anger'. Everyone knows they share a deep and special bond, but I implore you, watch any crime show, apparently 'partners' is a deep and special bond, I wouldn't know, I am but a teenager, author and Brigadier, not a government agent. Also, how could this relationship work when both it's halves are terrified of commitment, afraid of being vulnerable? Even if it were to begin, I do not believe it could last. I expect both Tony and Ziva have thought 'what if?', and both know they are attractive people, of course they flirt. However when they flirt it seems like fun, something anyone might do with a good friend of their orientation.
I simply can't see theirs as a relationship built upon romantic feelings. The more I watch NCIS, the less realistic it appears to me that this is the case. And yet the writers force the show further and further in that direction, as the viewers seem to have become an unstoppable force of Tiva.
So we intend to attempt to be an immovable object.
Join us, we are seriously understaffed.

well said, brigadier.
do we have a plan of attack, or is it just a mess around and a chat? both are good, but as a Movement, I would suggest meeting the problem head on *salutes* lowly private piping up here.

Great minds think alike, Private. Indeed there is a plan... and uniforms ... Brig, do you want the honours, or shall I? Maybe we should have a briefing room...

We are working on a rather hilarious militarised email that we can send to . . . anyone. CBS, various talk shows (if it's funny enough, they might read it out). Also, we will consistently fight with Tiva people for the hell of it. Otherwise it's hang around and chat, Private. Brig.

Sounds good, Brigadier. Is this a joint work. I mean, will you post the letter here, then we work on it together? *salutes*

Private, that is actually a good idea. Keep on like that and you'll be getting a promotion (saluting and arse kissing goes a long way too ) Power goes to my head, why do you think the Brig's the Brig?

We are in the preliminary stage of one of the greatest battles in history. That we are in action at many points — in Britain and in America —, that we have to be prepared in the Internet. That the type battle is continuous, and that many preparations have to be made here at home. I would say to the world as I said to those who have joined this Movement: I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat. We have before us an ordeal of the most grievous kind. We have before us many, many long months of struggle and of suffering. You ask, what is our policy? I will say: It is to wage war, by ship, pen and e-mail, with all our might and with all the strength that Kibbs, Teanne and McAbby can give us; to wage war against a monstrous tyranny, never surpassed in the dark and lamentable catalogue of human crime. You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word: [shadow=red,left,300]Victory[/shadow]. Victory at all costs — Victory in spite of all terror — Victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival.
*takes a deep breath and salutes*
Aren't you impressed I remember that...

Clinically insane . . . you are a private in a Rebellion Movement to combat the ship of Tiva. As if I don't know you're clinically insane. It's sort of necessary for this. Brig.
